Granted a Scholarship to deliver a Research study for a complete master planning solutions for flooding problems and water management, generally in the European Mediterranean countries and particularly for one of the oldest city in the world Lisbon, Portugal. 

 

The research took a place at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon, the research work was studied and published under the supervision of the current president of European Water Association (EWA) Prof. José Saldanha Matos.
