Large scale luxury student accommodation of a World-Wide chain of UK called Collegiate.
Located in Lisbon, Porto and the on going project in Coimbra, Portugal.
It contains 345 Rooms plus to a Restaurant, Gym, Cinema Room, Spa/Pool and Study rooms.
The building has 4 floors.
The project challenge started with adapting the new housing in a Heritage Building that was constructed in the 1920´s, which belongs to the Energias de Portugal (EDP).
The project required the correct compliance with the Portuguese Construction Regulations/Standards, and the Client requirements.
